使用方法：

一盒：5支紫色凝胶+5支粉色凝胶+2支黄色凝胶+12盒洗液

凝胶使用：隔开一天一支：比如：今天用了紫色的,明天不用,后天晚上可以用,与粉色的交替使用

注意：

1.月经前面3天到月经干净后第三天，这个时间段不用哦【包括月经期间不能用】

2.黄色的凝胶,可以同房前30分钟用,用了后可以同房。房事后30分钟可用；

3.紫色/粉色的凝胶,用了以后24小时内不可以同房。

凝胶使用说明：

1.使用前先清洗双手以及外阴 ，撕开封口，取出产品；

2.自然仰卧，两腿分开，拔掉小帽。

3.用推杆缓慢将凝胶推入阴道深处，再缓慢拉出，使用后平躺10~15分钟。

洗液使用：

1.果冻洗液一盒有12个，洗液平时也可以用，可以洗澡时用，有杀菌止痒清洁的功效。

2.关于冲洗器:如果用了凝胶后，我们建议一周至少1次冲洗一下阴道里面，如果有异物排出可以马上冲洗，冲洗器里面加上温开水哦。

(冲洗器可以药店买1马币一个。）

注：温水就是自来水烧开后凉了的温水，(不可以加自来水直接冲洗阴道里面。)

洗液使用说明：撕开泡罩封口，取出本品，直接揉洗私处，然后用清水洗净即可。
